Duties and responsibilities:
- Receiving and answering calls in the service department
- Logging calls
- Handing jobs to engineers
- Organising engineers’ diaries
- Liaising with engineers
- Assisting service manager
- Collating engineers work/ time sheets
- Administering work sheets and costing jobs
- Raising cost sheets
- Liaising with accounts team
- Service filing
- Use of MS Office
Candidates looking to apply for the role will have the following:
- Administration experience
- Competent in MS Office
- Team player
- Excellent telephone manner
Training will be provided.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with 30-minute lunch
