We are currently recruiting for a RNLD Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessor for one of our clients based in the South East of the UK.
As the RNLD you'll be initially working through a backlog of LD reviews and once these have been completed there may be some case management involved.

Essential experience:
- 3 + years working within CHC
- Must be a Registered Learning Disability Nurse
- Experience completing CHC reviews and DSTs
- Case management experience
