Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Rotational Physiotherapist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across a range of specialisms, including orthopaedics, respiratory, and neurology, contributing to exceptional patient care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions across various rotations.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Support and mentor junior staff and students as required.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
Requirements:
- Degree in Physiotherapy with valid HCPC registration.
- Minimum 6 months of NHS experience in diverse physiotherapy settings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to manage a complex and varied caseload independently.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
