Account Manager - (Romania)

Are you a bilingual Account Manager with a passion for providing outstanding customer service? We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and dynamic Romanian speaking Account Manager to join this amazing Health and Wellness brand in Milton Keynes. Hybrid working - 3 days in the office - 2 days remote.

The Role

As Account Manager (Romania), you will:

  • Build relationships with Wellness Advocates that encourage and motivate.
  • Monitor sales and ensure timely recognition of various levels of achievement.
  • Provide accurate and correct understanding and application of business compensation plan.
  • Respond fairly and accurately to questions regarding the compensation plan.
  • Handle exception requests and represent those requests when needed.
  • Strategize with consultants and help them be more effective.
  • Set up conference calls, send conference call notes and complete all other administration tasks as needed.

The successful applicant will:

  • Be fluent in English and Romanian.
  • Have the ability to establish professional relationships and partner with product consultants.
  • Possess an outgoing and positive personality.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively, respond to concerns, and strategically solve problems.
  • Have proven ability to follow through on assignments and customer needs.
