A new vacancy has arisen for our client based near Woburn who is looking for an Account Manager to work within their Business Development team. Your duties will be varied and you will be ensuring successful operation of services and supporting the drive for new business.

This is a hybrid role offering between £30,000 to £40,000 per annum depending on experience with 2-3 days required working in the office.

Duties of the Account Manager:

  • Manage spending, revenue and overheads and overall net profitability for marketing.
  • Complete data analysis of Client performance.
  • Project manage the line of business for the Business Development team, setting priorities.
  • Learn how to launch new business lines for clients.
  • Build financial projections for existing and new services.
  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities, within markets, products, partnerships etc.
  • Market and competitor analysis.
  • Negotiate contractual terms and agreements while being involved in partner onboarding processes.
  • Update the company website, terms and conditions or other required documentation as needed.
  • Understand and study market regulations.
  • Put in place processes to support the numerous roles within the team, and documenting this appropriately.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements.
  • Establish KPI’s and track success through metrics, making recommendations for improvements.

Personal Attributes:

  • Have good understanding of management within financials, projects and Digital Marketing.
  • Show excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Have good experience using Data Analysis in the workplace
  • Work well within a team but also off your own initiative.
  • Bring your own ideas to the role, exploring new or creative avenues for development.
  • Be computer literate and able to use Microsoft office packages such as Word and Excel, PhotoShop knowledge would be useful but is not required.

As the Account Manager you will receive a competitive salary and also generous comssion (OTE £12,000 to £15,000 pa) which will be based on personal performance and company profitability.
