T2M Resourcing are currently working alongside an innovative manufacturing business to help them to recruit a Quality Engineer.

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing and managing all systems and processes relating to customer, projects and some supplier quality.

Key Responsibilities of a Quality Engineer

  • Management of quality systems and processes relating to customers, projects and supplier quality.
  • Development and maintenance of APQP and PPAP structured processes and documentation to support with the NPI process.
  • Management of product & process non-conformances, and implementation of Corrective and Preventative Actions.
  • Creation and maintenance of both internal and external audit programmes.
  • Ensure all product quality needs are met and customer satisfaction.

Requirements to be a successful Quality Engineer

  • Experience working as a Quality Engineer (3+ years desirable).
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and experience in the development and continual management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Degree qualified in a relevant engineering subject.

Based from the company’s headquarters in Milton Keynes this opportunity will provide the successful applicant the opportunity to work on several exciting projects for a manufacturing business that work on projects for a variety of industries including motorsport, aerospace and marine.

They have budgeted a salary of up to £55,000 for the role depending on experience level with their benefits including a Private Medical plan and an option to join an Electrical Vehicle Sacrifice Scheme.
