Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join the team at ourclients facility in Bletchley. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible forimplementing quality control measures, ensuring that products meet the highest standards ofquality, and overseeing day-to-day quality assurance processes. This role requires a strongunderstanding of FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) and PPAP (Production PartApproval Process) to ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the productionprocess.

Key Responsibilities:
? Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure thehighest standards of product quality.
? Conduct inspections, audits, and reviews of manufacturing processes to identify areasfor improvement.
? Ensure that all products meet required specifications and comply with industryregulations and standards.
? Manage and support the FAIR and PPAP processes, ensuring accurate documentationand timely completion.
? Work closely with internal teams and external clients to resolve quality-related issues.
? Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as necessary.
? Provide quality assurance support to ensure compliance with customer and regulatoryrequirements.
? Monitor and report on quality performance, highlighting any trends or concerns.

Key Qualifications & Skills:
? Proven experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance.
? Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with FAIR and PPAP processes.
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
? Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively withcross-functional teams.
? In-depth understanding of industry regulations and quality standards.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
