- £36k+ basic & overtime (Standard earn £48k+ in your first year), lunch paid for each day, £2k bonus, vehicle, company credit card, BUPA, iPhone & more
- Will be some working away, so must be flexible (you do get paid more for that!)

We are looking for someone who, ideally, has industrial / commercial installation experience. You must have first class customer service and have a real hunger and desire to develop your career.
The role itself:
So what is the actual role itself? Well, this company have a team of installation engineers across the UK who install and maintain their equipment, they operate in various sectors across the UK and due to growth they are looking to bring in another in to their team to carry out such duties.
You will be trained up on all their equipment in what is a customer facing role, with you usually working with directors of client companies and looking to build relationships. The role is also home based and you plan and manage your own days - so some real autonomy.
So this is electrical and mechanical installation and maintenance of a range of different pieces of high level kit with future opportunities.

We have worked with some of the major engineering players in the world over the years, these are organisation the one that I have the most interest in from candidates historically. A multinational company who are present in every continent apart from Antarctica, but who are organically growing in the UK so as the feeling of a growing SME (expanded by 25% in the last 4 years) in the UK which gives it a unique feel.
They manufacture their own electrical equipment which is provided in to numerous sectors across the world and have to train new staff up around such equipment - complex stuff and things that will be completely new to your skill set.
