Job Title: Purchase Ledger Administrator 

Salary: Starting from £27,000

Location: Milton Keynes/ Hybrid

In this role, you will:

•    Reconcile statements, keeping supplier accounts up to date. •    Process business orders and expenses for payment. •    Accurately enter and process purchase invoices into the system, ensuring all details are correct and aligned with purchase order numbers.•    Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, or queries.•    Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and clear communication regarding payments and queries.
