Fabulous global Health & Wellness company are looking for an dynamic and enthusiastic Field Development /Account Specialist who is fluent Dutch and English.

Hybrid working

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to support the growth and success of the sales force.
  • Create sales training materials, presentations, and resources to educate distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, webinars, and workshops to empower distributors with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to distributors, including one-on-one coaching, mentoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives and product offerings.
  • Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns, incentives, and sales contests to drive motivation and engagement within the sales force.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to stay informed of market developments and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Support recruiting efforts by participating in distributor events, presentations, and outreach activities to attract new talent to the network.

Job Qualifications (Education, years of experience, type of experience)

Required

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales support or leader position with accountability to achieve results.
  • Professional experience in network marketing or health & wellness industry.
  • Professional experience in a training/sales support role.
  • Be willing to travel for field events/meetings if requested.
  • Extensive experience in communicating and presenting.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English AND DUTCH
