We are looking to recruit on a permanent basis a workshop controller for a well established independent manufacturer approved Accident Repair Centre that works on all makes and models of vehicles and light commercials.This award winning and highly respected centre within the Industry use adynamic approach combining all the latest techniques andstate-of-art technology.


Role Requirements:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the workshop.
  • Experience in either a panel, paint or MET role essential.
  • Lead and performance manage a team of bodyshop technicians.
  • Maximise workflow and productivity to ensure workload is completed accurately in a timely manner.
  • Deliver the highest standards of quality and workmanship following recognised manufacturer methods.
  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • You will support technicians when required and demonstrate expertise with technical challenges.
  • All health and safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to within the workshop.
  • QC and inspection are carried out on each vehicle to expected manufacturer standards.

Working Hours are as follows :

MondayThursday 8.00am 5.00pm.

Friday 8.00am 4.30 pm
