If successful, you will join the marketing department and you will work with the business to refine and develop marketing platforms and you will give invaluable data insight to increase marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities for a CRM Business Analyst:
- Ensure data from external sources is being captured correctly and solve any issues that may arise
- Collecting the business requirements for all new projects and translating these into specifications and test plans
- Analyse and document business processes
- Manage and maintain CRM data to the highest quality
Essential Skills for a CRM Business Analyst:
- Experience with Salesforce
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Communication and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer Focused
- Able to work in a complex environment with conflicting demands
- Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a challenging environment
