Role overview

The role acts as a key interface between the business sponsors and stakeholders and the technology and delivery teams. Using Jira expertise, data capture, modelling and analysis, the role helps to ensure the identified business needs are addressed. you will also participates in the design process coordinated by the project team, from design approval to functional design completion.

Skills and Knowledge required:

  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence: Deep knowledge of both cloud based platforms, including their features, workflows, and integrations.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
  • Knowledge of how to customise Jira and Confluence to meet specific team needs.
