Our client is seeking a Salesforce.com Process Business Analyst to join the business on a permanent, salaried full-time basis. Based in Buckinghamshire, you will be required to work Monday to Friday, with a future option of hybrid working once the probation and settling-in period has elapsed. This is a global employer who has invested heavily in new and developing markets, therefore this newly created position is business critical to the success of the project implementation.

Offered with a salary of £35k-£40k plus a range of attractive employee benefits, this position is suited to a candidate who has graduated with a Degree in Computer Science or similar and who can offer 2 years of previous, relevant experience working with Salesforce and Sales Cloud. A Salesforce.com Certification would be a great advantage in this position.

 As a Salesforce.com Process Business Analyst, you will work in close partnerships with several senior stakeholders, internal business users and customers, responsible for documenting and understanding existing business processes, recommending, and implementing improvements and delivering salesforce.com solutions. You will project manage and own the execution of all projects related to the new Salesforce delivery across all business functions, using your previous knowledge of story grooming, sprint planning, and working with scrum principles to complete projects and key tasks. The ability to communicate project updates and project status to key stakeholders is critical, therefore clear, concise, and professional communication is required when providing complex reporting by verbal and written means.

You will be requested to develop, document, and execute Salesforce test plans, assessing the integrity and accuracy of all business processes, functionality, and any modifications. There is a need to evidence capability when building and preparing training content and materials, including face-to-face instructional training, video and team walkthroughs, presentations plus the production of instructional guides. Your experience will include working knowledge of Sales Cloud functions: Leads, Customer Accounts, Products, and new opportunities.
