We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading financial institution as an Assistant Optimisation & Personalisation Manager. Reporting to the Optimisation & Personalisation Manager, you'll become part of a growing team within the Customer Engagement and Channel Performance function.

Your role will involve analysing data/digital customer behaviour to identify opportunities and customer pain points to create test hypotheses. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all activities are compliant and mitigate any potential risks and work with third-party vendors to deliver optimisation/personalisation activities to improve the digital customer experience and commercial performance, ensuring tests are delivered on time and to the necessary quality.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering a customer-centric approach with an analytical mindset. You will have prior experience of a CRO testing program, analysing data, creating hypotheses, and delivering experiences and understand UX and CX, with awareness of key digital principles. Experience with industry-leading optimisation tools such as, or similar to: Adobe Target, Optimizely, etc, would be beneficial.
