The RoleAs a Business Change Lead, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation, driving strategic initiatives and leading transformational projects. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of change initiatives that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that support business objectives.
  • Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their buy-in and support for change initiatives.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of change projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, using data-driven insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
