They are a fast-growing, innovative technology company, backed by leading a private equity firm, committed to ambitious growth plans. The RoleAs a Business Change Lead, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation, driving strategic initiatives and leading transformational projects. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of change initiatives that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that support business objectives.
- Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their buy-in and support for change initiatives.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of change projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, using data-driven insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record as a Business Change Lead in a PE backed organisation within the technology sector.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organisation.
- Project Management: Exceptional project management skills with a focus on delivering high-impact change initiatives.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
