Deliver Day-to-Day HR While Shaping the Long-Term People Strategy

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys balancing operational HR with strategic input.

You’ll work closely with key stakeholders across the business – supporting them day-to-day with generalist HR matters while also helping to shape and deliver the longer-term people plan. It’s a varied role that sits at the heart of the site’s leadership team, with the chance to make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting factory and departmental managers with day-to-day HR advice, employee relations, and generalist activity.

  • Building strong partnerships with operational leaders to develop people plans that support long-term performance and engagement.

  • Managing complex ER cases and coaching line managers to build internal capability.

  • Leading consultation and organisation design projects across the site.

  • Delivering HR initiatives across areas such as wellbeing, inclusion, reward and employee engagement.

  • Writing and rolling out HR policies, and supporting broader HR change programmes.

What you’ll need:
  • Experience in a similar HRBP role, ideally within manufacturing, logistics or warehousing.

  • Confidence managing ER matters and supporting operational teams on day-to-day HR activity.

  • The ability to think strategically and influence at a senior level.

  • A sound understanding of employment law and HR best practice.

  • Experience in leading projects or initiatives in areas like org design, wellbeing, or reward would be an advantage.

Why consider this role?
  • Variety and scope: You’ll balance operational HR delivery with longer-term strategic work – making the role both hands-on and future-focused.

  • Influence and progression: Be part of a business that values HR as a partner – with the opportunity to shape direction and develop further.

  • Hybrid working: A mix of on-site collaboration and flexibility to support your work-life balance.
