Due to expansion, we're recruiting for a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join their team and help grow their presence in the renewable energy market.

Role Overview:The Business Developer will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a track record in business development or sales. There is no requirement for previous experience within the energy sector, although this would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and target new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector (solar, wind, energy storage, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify growth areas.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand your network and promote the company’s offerings.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
