- Analysing customer trends - Really getting to know your market, thoroughly researching opportunities to identify potential leads and target markets.
- Managing both inbound and outbound communications and online presentations.

- Keeping detailed records of all lead generation activities in the CRM software

- Proven experience of selling IT Products, SaaS products or Applications.
- Experience of generating sales leads in a B2B environment and working with a CRM system.
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Drive and self-motivation, the ability to work proactively and respond quickly.
