Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a globally renowned brand? We are looking for a passionate and driven CRM Business Analyst for our client based in Milton Keynes.
As a CRM Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in refining and developing marketing platforms. Your insights will drive marketing performance and enhance engagement with the leads platform. You'll work closely with the Senior Data & CRM Manager to turn data into actionable strategies.
This is not a technical role! It is a front-end role, considering customer journeys and writing user stories. You will work closely with the IT team, who will look after the back end.
What You'll Do
- Innovate: Identify opportunities to maximize the value of your CRM platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Collaborate: Work with cross-divisional teams to gather and translate business requirements.
- Analyse: Document business processes and propose improvements.
- Maintain Excellence: Ensure CRM data is top-notch and provide ongoing analysis.
- Lead: Drive project plans.
What We're Looking For
- Skills: Project management, data analysis, and proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 360, and other Microsoft applications.
- Qualities: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude.
- Experience: Previous experience in a Business Analyst role is great, but we're most excited about your potential to grow and make an impact.
