A leading manufacturer is seeking an Area Service Manager to oversee multiple depots in the South of the UK.
The position offers a salary of up to £75,000 plus benefits, including 23 days of annual leave and a medical health plan.
Candidates should have experience in a similar role within the construction, agricultural, or recycling machinery industry.
An industry-relevant qualification of NVQ Level 3 or above and a full clean driving license are required for this role.
The Area Service Manager will be responsible for managing depot performance, people management, and increasing service revenue.

The requirements of the Area Service Manager will be:

As Area Service Manager, you will be required to manage the performance of all depots under your remit
People management, creating personal development plans and identifying training needs
Working in collaboration with other locations within the business to ensure processes and procedures are aligned
Increase Service revenue
Regular business reporting

The ideal candidate for Area Service Manager will be:

Experienced in a similar role within the construction, agricultural or recycling machinery industry
Hold an industry relevant qualification to NVQ Level 3 or above
Full clean driving licence
Willing to travel throughout the region as is necessary for the role
Flexible and dynamic in approach to all tasks
