Customer Operations Training Consultant
Our client a global leader in the automotive industry, renowned for innovation, reliability, and quality. With decades of expertise, it delivers cutting-edge vehicles and services, blending tradition with modern technology, is looking for a training consultant to support with the design and delivery of compliance training to colleagues within the customer operation department.
The consultant ensures that training materials are compliant with regulations, develops training for internal teams and Outsource Partners, and oversees accreditation to maintain consistent standards across all customer interactions.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and maintain engaging and compliant training solutions for internal and external colleagues.
- Adapt training for remote/e-learning formats for efficiency.
- Measure the ROI of training initiatives and provide data on behavioural and customer-facing improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, IT) to create effective training strategies.
- Establish and maintain an 'Academy' for new employees, offering coaching and performance monitoring before they go live.
- Manage training accreditation across Customer Operations and Outsource Partners.
Key Challenges
- Managing stakeholder expectations across multiple teams.
- Adapting training content to meet evolving regulatory and business needs.
- Overcoming engagement challenges in training delivery across various platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training.
- Stakeholder management and interface with Legal/Compliance teams.
- TAPi or CIPD qualification (desirable).
- Experience in Financial Services or Automotive sectors preferred.
This is currently a temporary assignment contracted until mid 2025.
The role will be Monday - Friday 9am -5pm.
