Are you passionate about delivering imperatively training and ensuring high standards in customer service? We're seeking a Training Consultant to join our Customer Operations team. This role focuses on designing and delivering compliance-focused, customer-centric training, creating interactive experiences to build technical, process, and soft skills for colleagues across the department. You'll play a vital role in maintaining consistent training standards, not only within the team but also with our Outsource Partners.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality, regulatory training materials to support compliance and efficiency in customer services.
  • Communicate updates in systems, processes, and procedures to ensure all teams are informed and prepared.
  • Partner with Outsource Partners (OSP) during high-recruitment periods to ensure a unified, consistent training output.
  • Manage accreditation activities across Customer Operations and with all Outsource Partners to maintain approved standards in customer interactions.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in designing and delivering training to large teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with Legal and Compliance teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications: TAPi or CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Relevant experience in Financial Services, Automotive, or B2C sectors is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Education: A-Level or equivalent qualifications, with a preference for a degree-level education, especially in Maths and English.
