Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception & Front-Line Duties: Be the friendly face of the office! Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage incoming post.
  • Facilities Management: Schedule and coordinate maintenance with contractors to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all paperwork with suppliers is up to date, and manage health and safety reports and internal audits.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel for team members, including hotels, flights, and transfers.
  • System Management: Maintain the business management system with precision and efficiency.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Has:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Impeccable organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (V-Lookups a must!).
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
