Internal Service Manager

Our client is a leading supplier of food manufacturing equipment and is currently seeking an Internal Service Manager based in Milton Keynes to join their rapidly growing team. They are long-established with over 50 years in the industry and are looking for someone on a full-time permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Internal Service Manager

• Support Field Service Engineers.
• Manage customer experience and take technical calls as necessary.
• Ensure jobs are planned and scheduled accordingly.
• Prepare teams for installation and check equipment prior to dispatch.
• Review service and install reports.
• Facilitate the fault finding or process development process.
• Produce Risk Assessment Method Statements.

Requirements for a successful Internal Service Manager

• Experience working with food manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Technical understanding of manufacturing equipment with demonstrable experience performing Technical Support calls
• Qualification within a Mechanical or Electrical field preferred.
• Proven Customer centric experience.
• Strong administration and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise and manage workloads efficiently.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000Location: Milton Keynes, 100% office basedType of Contract: PermanentHours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
