An opportunity has arisen for a first / second jobber to join one of our Milton Keynes based clients as a Junior Office Services Administrator to assist the Facilities Manager with the running of this medium sized business, including Facilities related tasks.

Duties Include:

• To check and restock the kitchens with tea, coffee and sugar etc.

• Assist with maintaining Health & Safety regulations

• Managing outgoing and scanning incoming post

• Prepare refreshments (Tea and Coffee) for events in the Training / Meeting Rooms

• To ensure the office is kept well stocked with the appropriate paper for printers

• Order and maintain stationery cupboards

• To assist with the organising of desk moves and relocations within the office

• Liaise with the IT department regarding new starters

• Monitor entry fob keys to the building

• Liaise with the Air Conditioning contract firm regarding repairs

• Carry out any such other reasonable duties within job capabilities, as may be requested by the Human Resources Manager from time to time

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Effective team member with a flexible approach to work

• Confident in dealing with queries

• The ability to deal with people at different levels and adopt a professional attitude at all times

• The ability to work to set targets under pressure and adapt to ever changing priorities

• Must be tactful and conscientious

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Mostly working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with one hour for lunch.
