Maintenance Supervisor required for a leading charity to work across several sites including Milton Keynes, Northampton.

  • Responsible for overseeing and coordinating repairs and maintenance activities, including grounds and facilities, across multiple large retirement housing locations.
  • To ensure a safe, comfortable and well-maintained living environment for residents while leading and managing a team of maintenance staff.
  • Provide leadership to the location maintenance team and have extensive knowledge of building systems to ensure the efficient and effective operation of designated locations.
  • Supervise, train, and manage a team of maintenance staff across multiple complex locations, assigning tasks, setting schedules, and monitoring performance to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of work orders.
  • Utilising a trade background, carry out minor repairs where possible and drive a high-performance culture within your team where our aspiration is to carry out more repairs ourselves and offer an excellent repairs service to our residents and location teams.
