Operations/Service Manager
National role - based out of Milton Keynes site

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manager to join a highly reputable and experienced company.

This company has offices in Europe, Asia, and America, but operates in almost every country. Due to consistent growth in all markets they operate in, the demand for their services is constantly increasing, so they require an Operations Manager.

In this varied role your responsibilities will include managing multiple teams from customer service, repair workshop and installation.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background ideally within service, installs or maintenance, managing service level agreements, understanding of H&S would be a bonus.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a multi-national offering stability and security, a great bonus scheme, as well as progression and development opportunities.

The Role:

  • Manage the day to day operations, monitoring the customer service, installs and repair workshop teams, support/promote H&S,
  • Weekly/Monthly KPI reporting
  • National role, covering UK and Ireland + Car Allowance

The Person:

  • Experience Manager (Operations, Service, Installs etc)
  • Experience of managing Service Level Agreements (Understanding of costs, benefits of service delivery Implementation of continuous improvement
  • Commercially aware
  • Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative
  • IT Literate (SAP, Microsoft packages
