Service Delivery Manager

Service Delivery Manager - Milton Keynes - Hybrid - £45,000 to £55,000 per year

FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a leading Technology company to assist with their recruitment of a Service Delivery Manager. The successful candidate will be able to mentor multiple teams and able to work with customers to identify, implement and maintain continuous service improvements.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Inputting and attending regular monthly reviews with the customer to ensure customers remain satisfied.
• Ensure all tickets within the team are prioritised and allocated inline with the agreed service levels.
• Manage all major incidents ensuring all plans are communicated and actioned.
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures meet the customers and business needs.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience working in a Service Delivery role.
• Over 5 years' experience working within an MSP background.
• Excellent understanding of change management at ITIL Foundation Level.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Extensive experience of managing multiple teams.
