Service Transition Manager - SC - £400/D outside IR35 - Milton KeynesA Service Transition Manager - SC - £400/D outside IR35 - is required for a government project based in Milton KeynesThe Service Transition Manage will work closely with the Project Teams to ensure that IT Releases are delivered into Live Environments can be operated successfully and meet expected performance levels.The Service Transition Manager will need to demonstrate commercial experience in the following areas:

  • Review business risk
  • Ensure the service follows existing standards
  • Identify and report on shortfalls
  • Ensure finances are in place to operate and maintain systems following go-live
  • Engage with stakeholders to include third party suppliers and IT Operations
  • Manage delivery progress and readiness to go-live
  • Manage risks and issues with stake holders
  • Undertake post go-live support to monitor defects
  • Monitor KPI's and SLA's with suppliers
  • Manage risks for the team
  • Update the Risk Review Board
