The successful Reward Business Partner will manage the reward and benefits process for all our operating areas and across all our jurisdictions, so will be able to create a compelling reward and benefits strategy for all areas of our business that will promote employee engagement and help attract and retain top talent.

What you will do:

  • Lead on the effective development and implementation the Reward strategy for the Group that supports the Groups overall business strategy
  • Design, develop and manage a Group-wide reward framework, policies and processes that facilitates effective delivery of the reward agenda, incorporating annual pay review, market benchmarking, variable pay and benefit renewals.
  • Be seen as a subject expert for Reward across the Group while playing a critical role within the HR function, working closely with the HR Director and Senior Team to ensure reward solutions are fit for purpose and support the wider People strategy.
  • Develop and implement a benefits strategy that meets employees needs and supports the overall business strategy
  • Lead on the development and implementation of Long-Term Incentive schemes and all bonus schemes within Group and across all jurisdictions.
  • Responsible for all reward-related communications, working closely with Internal Communications to utilise innovative channels and deliver effective communications in line with the overall business strategy
  • Develop and deliver people analytics to identify trends and deliver solutions.
  • Manage Group insured benefits and take responsibility for managing relationships with all 3rd party providers ensuring cost optimisation, including private medical, Group Income Protection, Life Assurance
  • Conduct formal and informal market surveys; undertake analysis of the compensation market and proactively share insight into compensation trends.
  • Lead the core cyclical reward activities including annual salary review and bonus payments.
  • Continually review existing compensation and benefit structures are best in class and fit for purpose
  • Design and implement improved compensation and benefits structures when required to ensure Dandara retains a competitive edge and assists in the retention of its people
  • Manage all executive reward processes, and proposals and prepares remuneration committee papers
  • Ensure compliance and governance across the Reward and Benefit offering
  • Identify process improvements to improve the effectiveness of current reward programmes, including technology and communication enhancements.
  • Work with the Human Resources, Group HR Director, HR and recruitment team more broadly on wider people and HR strategies

  • Experience within the residential construction environment, ideally volume housebuilding or Build to Rent sectors

Essential

  • Proven track record of developing, implementing, and executing effective reward and benefit strategies across a multi-site organisation
  • Extensive reward and benefit related HR experience
  • Analytical & data focused, with the ability to articulate and communicate in the right way
  • Ability to articulate and present new concepts, reward, and benefit strategies to senior leaders
  • Proved track record of working and developing relationships with third party suppliers and key stakeholders
  • Understanding of key legislative requirements in relation to all reward and benefit offerings
  • Flexible, agile, and collaborative approach in all aspects of working relationships
  • IT literate (Coins experience with a good knowledge of Excel)
