EAC Consulting Group are representing an exciting, customer focused Finance company based in Milton Keynes. They are looking for an Inbound Sales Executive to join their growing business. If you have a passion for sales and delivering an excellent service then this is the role for you.

This role is inbound so no cold calling is involved. You must be confident to still pick up the phone calling incoming leads amd making follow up calls.

On Offer for the Sales Executive

  • £24,000-£28,000 basic salary
  • OTE approx up to £50,000
  • Social incentives and monthly awards
  • Central Milton Keynes location
  • Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Duties for the Sales Executive

  • Handle inbound leads from email and website enquiries, ensuring consistent follow-ups via phone and email to drive conversions.
  • Maintain a strong focus on lead conversion rates, number of follow-up calls, and progression of deals through the CRM system.
  • Build relationships with potential clients, understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable finance solutions.
  • Draft and compile proposal documentation and credit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with clients to collect all necessary financial and non-financial documentation to support applications.
  • Call old leads and aim to re-engage clients
  • Regularly review personal performance, striving to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of finance products to provide the best solutions for clients.

The ideal Sales Executive

  • Hungry, money motivated individual with a passion for sales
  • Must be happy to pick up the phone and make calls
  • Previous sales in sales (minimum of 2 years)
  • The determination and drive to work to and exceed targets
  • You will be self-motivated, determined, and professional individual
  • Mantaining Compliance and a highly organised indidivual
