- Setting up new customer accounts ensuring complete and accurate master data
- Maintenance of billing plans for customer contracts on SAP, ensuring financial values are correct and up to date.
- Processing samples onto SAP
- Reviewing contact of customer orders, verifying quotation and order
- Administering the ordering of third-party products for customer orders, raising purchase orders that are correct and in a timely manner.
- Liaising with internal and external parties in order to ensure the customer receives their scheduled orders
- Periodic reviews of usage reports for key customers
- Liaising with customers and supporting global Account Managers
- Min of 2 years experience utilising SAP
- Excellent sales administration skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills both face to face and over the phone
- Good use of MS packages including Word and Excel
- Strong Work ethic and a desire to achieve great results
- Excellent communicator with good relationship-building skills
