Inside Sales Support Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £35,000 to £38,000  An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Inside Sales Support to work within an award-winning global company in Milton Keynes.As a Inside Sales Support you will be working within an innovative and creative team within the Food and Beverages market.(Please only apply if you have SAP experience)  Key responsibilities
  • Setting up new customer accounts ensuring complete and accurate master data
  • Maintenance of billing plans for customer contracts on SAP, ensuring financial values are correct and up to date.
  • Processing samples onto SAP
  • Reviewing contact of customer orders, verifying quotation and order
  • Administering the ordering of third-party products for customer orders, raising purchase orders that are correct and in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with internal and external parties in order to ensure the customer receives their scheduled orders
  • Periodic reviews of usage reports for key customers
  • Liaising with customers and supporting global Account Managers
Essential requirements
  • Min of 2 years experience utilising SAP
  • Excellent sales administration skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills both face to face and over the phone
  • Good use of MS packages including Word and Excel
  • Strong Work ethic and a desire to achieve great results
  • Excellent communicator with good relationship-building skills
  • Experience in setting up new customer accounts and pricing Excellent benefitsExcellent benefits
