Join our dynamic team as a Sales Agent, where you will be instrumental in driving sales by reaching out to prospective and existing customers. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sales and customer service, with experience in telephone sales.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Make outbound calls to sell policies to prospective customers who have generated quotes through various channels.
  • Handle policy renewals for existing customers through outbound calls.
  • Address customer queries and concerns during sales or renewals calls, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Follow complete sales and renewals processes, ensuring accurate completion of payment details and compliance with FCA Regulations and GDPR.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with customers, working collaboratively to deliver the right outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to all compliance and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in telephone sales, ideally within the business insurance sector.
  • High motivation and a passion for sales.
  • Computer literacy with the ability to multi-task and use multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to different customer needs.
  • Ability to work flexibly, maintain attention to detail, and focus while working independently.
  • Adaptable, willing to learn, and open to change as processes and products evolve.
