We are excited to share an exciting opportunity with a reputable company who are looking for a team leader to join one of their teams. In this role, you will work with the team supervisor to support the day to day and to ensure the small (but effective) team are performing.

The ideal candidate will have some leadership experience and be commercially astute.

This role is a 9 month contract!Key responsibilities for a Customer Service Team Leader

  • Deliver consistent first class service for clients and members
  • Be a role model for the team and respond to high volume of enquiries
  • Manage and resolve escalated complaints from the team
  • Motivate and manage the team to achieve targets and goals
  • Consistent quality checking and feedback, working within a structured framework
  • Create and manage a daily staff rota to determine who is covering the different channels where clients can leave enquiries

  • Previous leadership experience of a small team (desirable)
