Job Title: Customer Service Team Leader

In this role of Customer ServiceTeam Leader, you will support the day to day responsibilities of the team and ensure a first-class service is delivered to customers.
As Customer Service Team Leader, the ideal candidate will have leadership experience, be commercially astute and be able to take a hands on approach to dealing with customers directly.

Key responsibilities for aCustomer Service Team Leader
- Be a role model for the team and respond to high volume of enquiries
- Manage and resolve escalated complaints from the team
- Motivate and manage the team to achieve targets and goals
- Consistent quality checking and feedback, working within a structured framework
- Create and manage a daily staff rota to determine who is covering the different channels where clients can leave enquiries
