We are excited to share an exciting opportunity with a reputable company, who are looking for a an experienced leader to join one of their busy membership and events team. In this role of Customer ServiceTeam Leader, you will support the day to day responsibilities of the team and ensure a first-class service is delivered to customers.

As Customer Service Team Leader, the ideal candidate will have leadership experience, be commercially astute and be able to take a hands on approach to dealing with customers directly.

Key responsibilities for aCustomer Service Team Leader

  • Be a role model for the team and respond to high volume of enquiries
  • Manage and resolve escalated complaints from the team
  • Motivate and manage the team to achieve targets and goals
  • Consistent quality checking and feedback, working within a structured framework
  • Create and manage a daily staff rota to determine who is covering the different channels where clients can leave enquiries
