Part Time - 25 Hours Per Week - Mornings, 8.00 am to 1.00 pm or 8.30 am to 1.30 pm !! Permanent

Our client looking for a Part Time Customer Service/Office Administrator to join their company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for part time hours. Due to the nature of this role, you will need to have previous Office Administration and telephone experience, have professional communication skill be highly organised and self-motivated. This a permanent role, must be flexible to cover the afternoons when required (sickness/holidays) - Monday to Friday, OFFICE BASED.

£25K Pro Rata (£12.82 per hour)

  • Answer incoming calls, offering support and guidance, remaining calm, professional and have good listening skills.
  • Updating the inhouse database.
  • Assist with other departments when required.
  • Support the Senior Partner with general administration duties.
  • Attend monthly meetings.

PC Skills, Word, Excel and PowerPoint - team player is required.
