Morgan Philips is searching for a CIPD Level 5 qualified Senior People Advisor for a permanent role in Milton Keynes paying up to £45,000pa. The role can be full time or a minimum of 3 days part time.The role of Senior People Advisor will work closely with the Head of People to deliver a proactive and commercial advisory service. You will be hands-on and in a unique position to coach and develop line managers at all levels on employee relations advice and queries and people operations. This is an opportunity to make a real difference to the people agenda, the culture and to deliver high quality advice on a range of employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policy. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of people polices and procedure and to support the delivery of people projects both tactical and strategic in nature. The successful candidate will be a minimum of CIPD Level 5 with a strong background in a HR Officer/ HR Advisor capacity including Employee Relations, Redundancy, Projects, Restructure, Engagement, Performance Management and Onboarding. You must be self-sufficient to the extent that you are able to coach line managers in the areas of your expertise and be the "go to" for all transactional queries.
