Ideal applicants should have experience in hotels or conference centers and possess relevant qualifications such as NVQ or City & Guilds, along with Level 2 Health & Safety certification.
The role involves catering for various events including weddings, birthdays, and conferences, with the company hosting around 40 weddings each year.

Opening hours are typically 0700-1900, there are occasional late functions.

You'd be required to work 5 out of 7 days per week on average and 42.5hrs per week

Average finish time for Chefs in the winter (excluding Christmas Parties) is around 4pm and in the summer around 6pm.
