Field Service Engineers perform the essential task of servicing and repairing equipment within analytical testing laboratories; reducing instrument downtime and enabling companies to complete projects to tight deadlines.

Our client is seeking a confident and ambitious field service engineer with knowledge of chromatography and mass spec to join their field service team!

Joining a close-knit team, you will be responsible for the service/maintenance and validation of various HPLC, UPLC, GC, mass spec and other complex scientific instruments at customer sites throughout the South of the UK; including commercial laboratories, hospitals and universities.

To be suitable for this position, you will be a confident Field Service Engineer with knowledge of chromatography and mass spec.

You must have excellent communication skills; be comfortable talking to customers and be able to provide a high level of customer service.
