We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base, and drive revenue growth. This role is pivotal in shaping the company’s strategic direction and ensuring our continued success in a fast-paced market where Medic 365 is recognised as the go to recruitment company for flexible staffing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare and pre-hospital care sector, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth, penetrate new markets, and expand Medic 365’s footprint.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants and marketing team to align efforts and optimise client delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in a senior sales or business development role, ideally within recruitment or healthcare staffing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the pre-hospital care sector, including the challenges and opportunities within healthcare staffing.
  • Business Acumen: Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present at all levels.
  • Results-Driven: A proactive and ambitious individual, focused on driving results and achieving growth.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond quickly to market changes.
