Your role will involve overseeing our website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and fully optimised for sales. You will manage online merchandising, digital marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to boost traffic and increase conversions. You will also analyse sales data and customer behaviour to refine our online offering and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Collaboration with other teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, will be essential to align ecommerce activities with business goals. Qualifications Required for the Role Essential: 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce management, online merchandising, or digital retail. Hands-on experience managing an ecommerce platform (such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce). Strong understanding of merchandising techniques to maximise product visibility and sales. Analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics, SEO tools, and ecommerce performance tracking. Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO). Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and product launches. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Desirable: Experience in the home improvement, interiors, or wood veneer industries. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or similar web development skills. Experience with AI-driven product recommendations or personalisation tools. Understanding of sustainable product marketing and how to promote eco-friendly products. What we offer
