PermanentEcommerce & Sales Manager£30,000 paBased in Milton Keynes A chance to progress your skills and experience with an independent retailer that has over 50 stores throughout the UK.  This opportunity is to oversee the online sales operations and sales team of 4 people.  A great role for someone looking to utilise their team leadership qualities and wishing to effectively lead a team to ensure the smooth running of the customer service function.  
  • Responsible for delivering sales and customer service strategy
  • Knowledge of order fulfilment and inventory management control 
  • Lead, motivate and manage the ecommerce and sales team to meet performance goals
  • Ensure the daily work load is distributed evenly and that the strength and quality of the team is maximised to it's full potential
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, support, feedback and training where necessary
  • Oversee and optimise online sales channels
  • Analyse ecommerce sales data and implement plans to drive online revenue growth
  • Manage customer service processes related to online sales, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Actively participate in sales call to acquire and retain customers
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow B2C sales
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and negotiate contracts where necessary
  • Recommend and negotiate pricing or offers to close deals
  • Updating CRM system and good use of Microsoft Office to include Excel
