As the Head of Marketing, you will lead their marketing efforts, managing a talented team of two. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses print marketing materials, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping them achieve their next phase of growth and maintaining their position in the market.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone to come in and implement their own vision. Working closely with the founders, you will have autonomy in the growth and development of the team and they are looking for someone that can help them take this to the next level.

Key responsibilities:

  • Creating detailed marketing plans that align with our overall business objectives.
  • Overseeing the marketing budget to ensure all initiatives are cost-effective.
  • Managing the brand to strengthen and maintain its image through consistent messaging and visuals.
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
  • Promoting new and existing products through various marketing platforms.
  • Maintaining the company's online presence, including the website, social media, and email marketing.
  • Using SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media advertising to increase online traffic and sales.
  • Analyzing market data and customer feedback to shape marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Organizing events and coordinating in-store promotions, partnerships, and customer engagement activities.
  • Collaborating with stores to support their marketing efforts and boost sales conversion.
  • Managing media relations to secure coverage in relevant publications and platforms.
  • Working with suppliers and partners to leverage resources for enhanced publicity and market share growth.
  • Leading and mentoring the marketing team to achieve departmental and company objectives.

We are looking for experience in:

  • Quick Service Restaurant Experience (QSR) - Please note, you must have a strong understanding of this industry, it can be previous experience or current.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Experience in creating comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Digital Marketing Techniques: Knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media advertising to drive online traffic and sales.
  • Online Presence Management: Expertise in maintaining and optimizing the company's website, social media channels, and email marketing.
  • Budget Management: Ability to oversee and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Product Promotion: Experience in promoting new and existing products through various marketing platforms.
