Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Internal Account Manager to join the team.

The Role

As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for full 360° account management, ensuring excellent customer relationships and business growth. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound calls to engage new customers.
  • Reactivating dormant accounts and maximizing their potential.
  • Nurturing and growing existing accounts to increase their spend.
  • Holding consultative conversations with engineers, offering tailored solutions.
  • Working in a relationship-driven sales environment-this is not a high-pressure sales role.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer relations.
  • Ability to hold technical, consultative conversations.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • An engineering background is preferred but not essential-full training provided.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
