Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Internal Account Manager to join the team.

The Role
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for full 360° account management, ensuring excellent customer relationships and business growth. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Outbound calls to engage new customers.
- Reactivating dormant accounts and maximizing their potential.
- Nurturing and growing existing accounts to increase their spend.
- Holding consultative conversations with engineers, offering tailored solutions.
- Working in a relationship-driven sales environment-this is not a high-pressure sales role.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer relations.
- Ability to hold technical, consultative conversations.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- An engineering background is preferred but not essential-full training provided.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
