They now have a great opportunity for an Internal Sales Representative to join their vibrant team, they pride themselves on having a long standing team who work hard and are rewarded very well.
This role involves NO cold calling and you will be dealing with internal calls from customers, developing relationships and being a central person for customers.
What your day will look like?
- Promotion of products and services to key customers, and selling and advising the correct and appropriate products.
- Liaising with both new and existing customers, via phone and email.
- Providing quotes and processing of customer orders.
- Ensuring accuracy of orders and tracking outstanding orders to ensure a quick and smooth process for customers.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships.
The ideal person for this role will NOT need experience in a similar role though it would be beneficial, you will have the key customer service skills to be able to transfer with the right training and development, you will be confident in speaking to various levels of people and enjoy working in a close knit team, you will be able to learn quickly and hit the ground running.

Hours: 830am - 530pm Monday - Friday. This is a fully office based role.
