EAC are representing a Market Leading Organisation who are on the lookout for an Internal Sales Executive to join their team. This role is dealing with incoming queries, sending out quotes and understanding the needs of your Customers to be able to maximise their expenditure.

If you have experience in dealing with quotes, pricing and enjoy sales then this could be the role for you.

On Offer for the Internal Sales Executive

  • Basic Salary up to £26,000
  • OTE £30,000 - £35,000 (Uncapped)
  • 25 days annual leave (plus bank holiday's)
  • Full Training & Development
  • Monday - Friday hours (37.5 hour week)

Duties for the Internal Sales Executive

  • Respond promptly and professionally to sales enquiries and customer enquiries
  • These will come through via email or by telephone so must be confident over the phone
  • Qualifying enquiries by telephone or email to establish the customers needs
  • Prepare and send out quotes in response to customer requests
  • Responding to customer queries to clarify technical requirements, costs and lead times
  • Update the CRM accurately and efficiently ensuring data correct and relevancy.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all customers requirements are met
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products for which training will be given
  • Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Ideal Internal Sales Executive

  • Experienced working within an Internal sales role
  • Confident dealing with Customers over the phone
  • Good communication and relationship builder
  • Strong Organisation and Time Management skills
  • Proactive attitude looking for a long-term Career
  • Confident working with Microsoft Package
