We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join a growing QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) as they embark in their second phase of growth, the role will involve managing a small marketing team and will work closely with the MD to help shape internal process and the growth of the company.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be the architect of cost-effective marketing plans, meticulously managing budgets to maximise return on investment. Your expertise will be pivotal in cultivating and preserving the brand's reputation, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual representation.

Your creative flair will come to the fore as you design and implement multifaceted marketing campaigns, spanning digital realms to tangible in-store promotions. Launch and elevate products to new heights by leveraging a variety of marketing channels, and take the reins of the company's digital footprint, enhancing online presence through the website, social media, and email marketing.
Events planning and coordination will also fall under your remit, alongside fostering media relations and securing coverage that amplifies the brand's voice. Collaborate with stores, suppliers, and partners to support marketing efforts and bolster sales conversion, expanding the company's market share through strategic alliances.

Leading by example, you will mentor a dedicated marketing team, guiding them towards departmental and company milestones.

·Utilising SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media advertising to drive online traffic and sales.
·Analysing market data and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
·Events planning and coordinating in-store promotions, collaborations, and other customer engagement activities.
·To work with stores to support their marketing activities and drive sales conversion.
·Managing media relations and securing coverage in relevant publications and platforms
·To collaborate with suppliers and partners, leveraging each other's resources to enhance publicity and expand the company`s market share.
·Leading and mentoring the marketing team to achieve departmental and company goals.
 
Qualifications
·Similar experience within QSR, Fast Food, Restaurant, Food Retail/Service sectors.
·Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
·3+ years' experience in marketing
·Ability to multi-task
·Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
·Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
