We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth in the UK and Ireland. This is a key role and offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on our business as we seek to grow significantly.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. This includes managing all aspects of the marketing mix, from digital marketing and social media to content creation, events, and public relations. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy, aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Create annual marketing plans and budgets.
- Define target audiences and develop effective messaging.
- Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Implement testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
- Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and implement them within the business.
- Content Marketing:
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that attracts and engages target audiences.
- Create high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, and social media updates.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent content delivery.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts1 and create engaging content.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and inquiries.
- Run social media advertising campaigns.
- Brand Management:
- Maintain and strengthen brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
- Manage brand assets and guidelines.
- Event Marketing:
- Plan and execute marketing and training events, including conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
- Manage event logistics and promotion.
- Track event attendance and ROI.
- Public Relations:
- Develop and implement PR strategies to generate media coverage.
- Build relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Manage media inquiries and press releases.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget and track expenses.
- Forecast marketing spend and ROI.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on marketing performance and key metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights.
- Make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications.
- Three to five years of experience in a marketing management role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

- Milton Keynes and remote working by agreement.
